1. Are you offering in-person visits at this time?
At this time, we are only offering virtual visits. We find most people appreciate the convenience it offers to their schedules.
2. How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 min. Please be ready to start your session on time. If you are driving at the time of your session, we will have to reschedule or cancel due to concerns about safety and ability to be present to your needs.
3. Do you accept insurance or offer sliding-scale fees?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.
We offer a set number of sliding scale slots based on The Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method. Please contact us for more info.
For out-of-network benefits, it is helpful for you to contact your insurance company prior to our first visit to verify your coverage and benefits.
2. Do you accept insurance?
We accept some insurance plans for individual sessions. However, we primarily operate on a self-pay basis due to billing using a “Z Code,” which many insurance providers do not cover. We offer out-of-network paperwork for reimbursement.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
